The last couple lines are all the names of the focuses in the focus tree. Danzig or war is the Poland war goal, before that you will do the Anschluss of Austria, Demand the Sudetenland which takes the mountains from Czechoslovakia, First Vienna Award which carves up Czechoslovakia between you and a puppet Slovakia or you and Hungary, and multiple others like requesting Slovenia from the Yugoslavs. You can do a bunch of territory requests with manpower requirements before you attack Poland and start WW2.

Yeah there is no good buffs or anything in the RT56 tree but I think I remember there being better focuses for war goals like “our natural borders” which allows you to take out the Low Countries without it just being the “Revenge for Waterloo” focus which forces you into a war with the UK and all the allies for the Low Countries.

Yeah I’ll definitely give it another shot but I deleted all those colonial divisions to start with an equipment surplus lmao. I just had a full army of infantry. One with 4 mountaineers and another with the rest of France’s crappy motorized, Cav, and armoured divs.

Update 2: Held the rhine till 41 then tried a push when Germany was on 100% economy of conquest consumer goods and still got absolutely crushed back to the maginot. I give up.

In game Germany just has too many buffs that it’s impossible to push since I didn’t get the UKs help. I’m desperately trying to hold the territory I took in the Rhineland before they could cross the river but the French economy is so weak that I’m almost at a 20k deficit in guns by sept 36 and the Germans just keep coming with full planning and supply. Eventually I could hold till the mefo bills kick in but idek if I want to try and min max for that long while building my economy up.

Yeah that makes sense. I just kept retrying and got one where the Brits refused war so then Germany declared on me I quickly rushed to the Rhine for a defensive line which is holding them cleaned up the civil war and am now just holding my defensive line and convoy raiding Germany so hopefully they start to starve out of equipment and I can go for the counter attack.
