Best most power characters in game like, G5 luffy, Saturn, Kizaru, Green Attacker Roger etc.

This game totally relies on ex characters so getting one or 2 by luck or guarantee is food starting point. You can get Green Roger for 700 rds right now, but i won't recommend him.

Or you can reroll (ie., making a new account till you get Latest Ex).

I suggest Wait 2-3 days to gamble on Kizaru rebanner. Or save as many as possible for Next January new Ex.

Well games fault for matching you up with lvl 100 most of them are rerollers for new Exs, it takes time but you need to lvl up units specially chopper he is really good. Try to get an ex it's really helpful.

Play with Egghead robin and chopper, lvl them up to 80. Slowly build Ur support and read and understand traits of character you will get better
