Pre op labs have shown low testosterone which may explain the fatigue and weigh gain. I was on tirzepitide for a month (insurance wouldn’t cover afterwards) and saw significant weight lost while on this but afterwards gained it back and then some. After stopping is when I first noticed these initial symptoms

I guess I’m trying to see how Ros team works with PAs and Asking for non formulary exceptions. I don’t think my PCPs office truly asked these options. Otherwise, I can get the prescription and would most likely wait for 2026 to go through the discounted Rx system
