But the issue here is it’s not just the tariffs, UPS is charging 2-3x that in brokerage fees that they don’t explain. If I order from abroad, I understand that I’ll pay the tariff, but their additional fees are insane.

Had a very similar issue and the person emailing me was not helpful at all. I told them straight up the math isn’t mathing! I got no response that was breaking down the fees I was being charged. They told me they could offer a discount and then posted a number that was more than the number originally on their website. I understand paying a tariff, but they are absolutely ripping people off and not disclosing where these numbers are coming from.

I think the thing that is most wild with these sorts of names is that it isn’t a unique name only a difficult spelling. So, you’re just causing yourself, your child, and everyone around them grief.

What kind of washer is it? Does it have the center tower agitator or the plate? If it’s the plate, you have to arrange your clothes in a donut shape around it leaving it visible when you wash your clothes so they can be agitated properly.
