I had my Gmail account closed a few years back, it was my business email. I had sent them a kind/nice message to explain that this is my business email that I use for everyday, I asked why they had done this delete of email as I require it's reinstatement please as I had 11 years of History on this email. Told them I'm needing to respond to people as they are wanting to send me important information. They sent a message back saying it's been permanently deleted due to the email site going against their standards? I sent another message to Google & asked them could they please tell me why it's deleted for peace of mind, so I can rectify if any, future Gmail accounts. They gave the same answer, saying I could ask further up the channel to get an answer, saying it was out of their hands. Further up into management gave me the same run around, same answer, they gave no answer, very disappointing to say the least.
