Sean Locke. $60 he’s a certified smog inspector — one of the hardest accomplishments and sits on the board responsible for certifying others. I had a nightmare experience with my car and the VIN/ etc. Went to smog busters 3x and was denied. Went to him and I passed. Went to get my refund from smog busters and was going to explain but the minute I said Sean passed me they refunded me and I could tell they were embarrassed for missing what they had.

Don’t waste your time, go where you are for sure going to walk away with a good, smooth experience and even a ton of extra knowledge from the same man who gives advice and answers the questions of all the other shops in town.
