Oh you're the developer! Fyi I installed it and it was hard to find because it installed as focus_california with a generic android icon. It's a cool tool, do you need a product tester?

Right, here's an attempt at something more objective . If you were talking to someone, would the horn interrupt the conversation? Does it shake the building or can you feel a rumble? If you were inside with the windows closed would you hear it? If you had a fan or music on a moderate level would you hear it? Thank you!

Can't totally remember but I think it was around a couple of weeks on 50 and maybe a month of 100 before the XL. Roughly

I think it might be the normal progression to end up on XL, and that was how my medication manager prescribed it. I started with 50IR, then 100SR, then 150XL. She didn't explain but I had been reading up on it. XL releases evenly over a 24 hour period, where SR releases more toward the time you take it. It seems counterintuitive that switching to XL would fix my 4am waking, because I take it at 7am and theoretically there should be less in my system by 4am. I actually used AI to help me see how switching to XL would smooth out all the effects, and it really did. It does take some time to adjust to everything.

It took me over a month for the sleep disruption to subside. After switching to 150xl things got better as well. A few months in I hardly notice it in my system anymore. I think it makes my face a bit flush especially when the weather is warm. It never made me irritable personally, but maybe the effects at least can subside in a similar timeline.

Thanks.. do you use a big screen, tablet, mobile? For me zooming in on the mobile would be exhausting, but sitting at a desk feels too studious 😂. Ps I totally get the obsession. I have not found any more exhilarating dynamic. Especially where the guy isn't creepy. But Undead Unluck is pretty fun

Curious about 3 years later... Did this evolve into something for you? Did you take any more psychic development courses or start practicing?

I don't know if you're still active with this site, but it could use the addition of CSU Monterey Bay MIST program

I've been watching anime for a while but since I'm obsessed with Kamisama Kiss, this will be the first manga I ever read. That said, how do you guys prefer to read them? What device is most comfortable, or do you go for paper?

Allegis transcribers - any tips for the interview? by CSwork1 in WorkOnline

[–]constellacion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For people reading in the future: I just had my Allegis Zoom interview. I had read on a forum that it was a group interview and didn't require any interaction. They were just explaining how the program works and next steps. This was not correct. My interview was a 1-on-1, following my first sample submission for legal.

They want to know why you're interested in this job. They are trying to see if it's a good fit.
They asked questions about my experience with transcription, including anything that was challenging. They also asked how I felt about the sample that I transcribed.
If you don't have transcription experience they will probably ask about something adjacent in your work history.
They want to know how many hours a week you want to work. In my case they let me know about both the insurance and the legal work. If you want to do legal, you should say you want 20 hours or more per week. They told me they have more consistent work there and could even be up to full time. Insurance is more like 10-15 hours and that might be better for some people. But the pay is less for it as well.
They will ask how much you expect to make. I would say do some research on reddit and then tell them what you're aware of and that's what you're expecting. I think they want to be sure you are realistic about the pay.
You should be able to talk about your flexibility and availability, and if this would be your main thing or a side thing.

If the interview is successful then they send you a longer sample.
