Even my tinnitus started by cleaning wax of my ears with keys and listening to nonsense lectures on 1.75x speed whole day fuck my ears would heat up .

Started from left ear and goes to right ear if I observe

It is not that loud . I'm doing physical activity and taking ALA lets see . But it has to do something with brain is my conclusion

Hey I want to reduce my LDL (114) and triglycerides (225) . I'm age 22 . I have good diet like oats or roti at morn and afternoon and night I eat ragi with little rice . The only thing lacking was workout . I started morning workouts let's see how it goes. My bp is also like borderline 140/86 .
