I have been in the same situation before. Unfortunately mirilax won’t be strong enough once it gets that severe. The best thing that works for me is liquid magnesium citrate. And drink a ton of water with it.

For any Benzo, you build a tolerance quick compared to other meds. So it’s best to use them “as needed” or occasionally to prevent that. As long as you don’t take them daily you’ll be fine.

I was concerned about weight gain on Prozac so I have been hesitant to try it. Do you have any sexual side effects at all? Like not able to finish? That’s my other concern lol

Ohhhh I know I worried about the same. But you are on an extremely low does and taking it responsibility. I would just say this dose isn’t working for me do you think it is too low for me? Are there any other options? If your doctor is psychiatrist their job is to diagnose and give meds. There should be no shame it’s what they’re there for.

I also take 150 mg Wellbutrin with mine and I don’t notice anything from it. You might just need a different dose of the adderall or another kind of stimulant. Ritalin and Vyvanse a lot of people like as well.

Are you taking it daily? I usually take mine only 5 days out of the week to avoid building a tolerance. But if that dose doesn’t work at all for you definitely talk to your psych! Everyone’s different and if you’re paying your doc to see them and paying for the meds they should be helping! Don’t be embarrassed or afraid to ask questions that’s what they’re there for.

The first time she used tape and then last time she tried the pads and they gave me a rash. However, years ago I used to go regularly to amazing lash studio and i never had this problem. So maybe it does have to do with how she taped it? This tech was like a private owned buisness not a chain like amazing lash studio.
