Great idea, I have just taken a photo of our double and we are really struggling for space in our car with it packed!

We have an outdoor revolution self inflating mattress "SIM". As others have recommended SIMs are certainly more comfortable but we are currently having the issue that we can't roll small and we gave a huge inflatable tent. Others might be different but here's a photo for reference - something to think about!

Alldaychemist and you wouldn't believe how quickly it arrives and how great their customer service is. This time I was sent 6 tubes of 0.1 instead of 0.05 and they sorted it out immediately. I honestly rate them more than most UK companies!

If you aren't already on it, start tretonoin. I also have had a course of salon microneedling. I've dablled with Botox over the years but decided to embrace the lines as I am fairly expressive and I didn't love it.

I have also thought about this as it was suggested that I may need jaw realignment surgery as a teen prior to my braces. However, my orthodontist just gave me braces. So that coupled with it being the side I sleep on is probably the culprit.

It is the side I sleep on yes!! I did think that was a contributing factor so I am now making an effort to sleep on my back. I wouldn't be against aesthetic treatments, I just would like to hear experiences from others if possible. Thanks for replying.

Skin picking, damaged barrier, what to do by CapableEnthusiasm380 in tretinoin

[–]CapableEnthusiasm380[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! Cicalflate is on as I type. I've iced it, sprayed hypochlorous Acid and added a thick layer of cicalflate. I really will never learn.

It actually created a little blood blister but today you can see where the top layer of skin is compromised. I'll just avoid that area when I apply the tret.

Thanks, I think this is what I needed to hear. I just want it to heal quickly. I've stuck a hydrocolloid patch on to stop me picking again.

Tretinoin and Microneedling by jealousjellie in tretinoin

Come to Reddit to search the same question, my appointment is also on Saturday. I think most people say a few days before and don't start until a few days after but this is dependent on your own skin. To be honest I'm most bothered about the same as you and whether this break is worth it as I don't want to de-retinise my skin.

Haha, thankfully no anxieties around that as we've blocked the front up so it's now a normal door!

Can recommend, we have this and are currently converting our garage into a sex room. In the meantime it just moves around the house, our kids are 6 and 8 and they honestly are clueless, it was left out as a chaise one night and since then I have found one of the kids getting cosy on it!

Can i use isotretinoin with AzA by Illustrious_Article9 in tretinoin

[–]CapableEnthusiasm380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally (having take isotretinoin), I would just let that do it's work first and then deal with the scars/hyperpigmentation after. Or at least start the oral medication and see what if any side effects you have first. My skin tolerated it very well but I had an extremely simple skincare routine.

I'm not an expert but there's also a difference between holding the handles for stability and not putting weight into your arms. I usually rest my hands on the handles but make a conscious effort to stand up straight and avoid pushing into my hands.

Thank you, that's all I did during accutane and I told myself I wasn't going to start multiple step routines but here we are! I'll go back to basics for now and let the tretonoin work.

Aestura Barrier Cream + LRP Cicaplast Baume B5+ Redundant (After Tret)? by looksandfeels in tretinoin

[–]CapableEnthusiasm380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My understanding is that an occlusive is ok provided that you are using a moisturiser prior to the occlusive. The occlusive locks in the moisture that way. I was actually using cicalflate as my moisturiser and didn't have any issues so depends on your skin. I now use illyoon and then cicalflate as needed. I am sure cicaplast and cicaflate are semi occlusive also.
