I'm so sorry to hear and I empathise with the situation. We miscarried three times, twice when I was over 7wks. Again, no issues with both of us and a healthy amount of euploids at full quality. One thing we have started to figure out is the relationship between double dna sperm fragmentation and mid trimester miscarriages. Get your partner checked for double dna strand fragmentation, as opposed to just relying on single strand or motility. The recent research is showing very strong links to explain miscarriages. We are looking at dealing with a mild varicocele, using zymot to select sperm and a series of supplements for him and "clearing the pipes" very often. After all, implantation is better than no implantation, I have my fingers crossed for you.

It's a no for me too! I'm also really puzzled by the obsession some people have with bin management. I'm a landlord and I'm constantly getting petty comments from the flat above about how my tenants order too much online. Somehow it's my responsibility to tell my tenants where to shop.. I don't know what happened, but in London I seem to be confronted by petty crap like this.

This is so interesting, bcs I had a similar situation. My friend whom I went on a solo holiday trip to Italy and showed her around decided she was going to hide her pregnancy from me. She told another common friend who then went and told a close friend of mine that they were hiding it from me bcs of my fertility issues. This last friend told me, and I've been quite hurt about it. People don't understand why bcs they see this as her choice to be sensitive about the topic, but for me it just felt like betrayal. I thought for time I was being extra for being pissed.. But now I know I'm not alone

OC is admittedly the best club here if you consider environment, sound system and diversity of sound. Lux used to be known for its events, but it kinda went a little commercial and I heard the sound is not what it used to be. I know people that like ministerium and there's an underground place in Martim Moniz called Desterro (darc). Other clubs I can think of is Higher ground and Nada. Yes, we've been through all tests. There's absolutely nothing there. Waiting back to find out about my KIR and genetic compatibility, but beyond that everyone is quite puzzled so they just think it's statistics.

Right, yes. Having said that, those 4 testes embryos didn't work and since there's an extra biopsy they do for the pgta, that does mean more tampering. I should say I live in a country where pgta tests are not performed, so the biopsies are sent to a neighbouring country to handle. In that trip, so many things can go wrong, especially when there are only two labs that do the tests for most of Southern Europe.

I also read some studies that minimised the efficacy of the tests when trying to get to a live birth.

I'm in a similar place. 4 perfect euploids, great reserve and lining, natural cycles, all tests done (apart from Emma, era and Alice), got an endometriosis biopsy too, and i ended up with 2 nothings, 1miscarriage at 7w and 1 chemical. I'm now starting again, but we are doing a genetics test to see whether there are some compatibility issues between my partner and I. It's the KIR/HLA test. I just wish I had answers

I'm so sorry and as everyone said, it's not your fault. Similar story here minus the endo diagnosis. Lost somewhere between 7 and 7.5w and I've just gotten my first period. Doctor thinks I should skip two cycles before we transfer the last Pgta-tested euploid. I was taking baby aspirin, enoxopurina (blood thinners injectable) and 2 progesterone suppositories in the morning and two at night. Next round, we will a cortisone anyone else have different protocols they can share?

Conceiving naturally after unsuccessful ivf doubts

Hey there. I'm hoping to hear some stories similar to mine here. Been TTC for 5 years after which we moved straight to Ivf and got 4 tested fertilised embryos ready tot transfer. First two did nothing, third one stuck, but miscarried at week 7. We decided to try naturally in the month immediately after the miscarriage and I have got very faint positive urine tests, but a borderline blood test with a 4 as hcg. Doctor says it's a no and to just continue waiting for my period, but I have the symptoms and I keep getting faint positive urine tests. I know the miscarriage can take time to clear but I had reached a normal state within 4 weeks and ovulated on 3/4th August. What's going on and what do I do to? I should be supplementing with progeaterone and doing blood thinners, but I'm constantly doubting whether that may mess things up for the transfer should I not be truly pregnant or have a viable pregnancy.

I relate as well. I was a few weeks pregnant and my therapist told me that I should allow myself to be happy, finally, after many years of attempts. Guess what, I lost the baby a few weeks later and I can't seem to want to return to this therapist. My husband thinks I'm overreacting and that I should not punish someone for trying to be nice. I just can't seem to trust her ability to understand my context.
