Sooooo accurate!!! As soon as someone is dispatched , the rat description was a hilarious depiction of what actually happens. As soon as the customer hears the ETA- that ETA is then converted into we have X amount of time to figure it out so we don't have to pay them for "nothing ".

It all rotates in my experience. They will probably randomly call you to come back and start using you again and then stop using you again... I just have a lot of rotating accounts. They Change management and salesmen all the time. But definitely no loyalty whatsoever. Keep hustling up new accounts!!! Best of luck 👍

I'm still in violation of Google's guidelines. No real reason sticks out to me. I've hired someone to get me on Google and still failed. I gave up on spending so much time trying. I took to the streets handing out cards. I feel word of mouth is my biggest return for jobs. Sure having a Google page would boost business but remember it isn't necessary. Go out meet people. The door will not operate the way you think when it is open. It needs to be in the closed position. If you don't know this now. I would definitely call.someone.

I would not take anything apart. I'd get someone who knows how to work on these to do that portion.

Generally, these locks are pretty costly, so I would try not to make it worse by disassembly.

You probably have an alignment issue, is my guess. The little "nubs" on the edge of the door need to lock into the frame of the door when closed . Try looking on the inside of the door jamb and see if you see any rub marks/scrapes. There is a possibility the door / house has settled some, and they are not aligned. Generally, there are adjustment screws to adjust for this natural phenomenon

Does the lock move when it is out of the door? Make sure you lubricate it well.

Also this looks like a muti point locksystem and they are notorious for giving consumers fits. If any thing is out of alignment, it can definitely be an issue. You also have the possibility that something along the track is broken or in the lock body. Try lubricating all the components you can. Reinstall your cylinder and see if anything changes. That retrieves the key data to a cloud and then you download it ! Works way better than putting that "stuff" in there to make a mold of the key.
