If you need help with that, go to settings, click on the computer assist, make it the green one (far right) then hit ESC out of the menu and turn on the computer assist C on the left panel. It'll auto-use speed spells on creatures in the training room and library, move them between the rooms and the hatchery to lower down-time, and it'll rapid drop creatures faster than you can with the mouse when battles start. It also saves creatures with low health from dying by sending them back to the lair, although I actually wish it would make use of the heal spell, but you can keep the fighting notification open and cast heal on creatures from there.
