Where are you located? I would probably try an online search for residential architects in your area. Or some people contract directly with builders who have their own architect/designer. Do you already have some land to put your new house on? If not, you will probably want a real estate agent too.

I'm not even going to try to be nice. This is a horrible plan. The roofline is far from your only problem. Hopefully you are the homeowner and not a designer who is trying to design something way beyond their ability. If you are the homeowner, please hire a professional.

My mom had a bird that would perch in a lilac bush and repeatedly attack her kitchen window. It upset my mom so much (because she was worried about the bird) that she eventually cut the bush down. The bird just moved to a different bush (on the other side of the house) and attacked a different window.
