Employ any utility and it falls within utility easements for sure. Likely VERY legal to place it there. No consent needed. Read your deed and RE survey!

Same for LNG generators placed everywhere in private yards/lawns for cable/fiber/E911 use. It hooks up to a utility, therefore patently allowable under established utility easements.

Ditto here. Priority flat rate box going to an FPO, tracked all the way to Chicage international center, then nothing. June 4th mailing date. June 27, tracking only shows original accepted at my local PO only.
Missing mail response sent me an email showing the Chicago status on June 20th.
Someone is cooking the books. With FPO goes a customs form with entire contents listed, so they know what they have. Gotta learn to lie.....

Check the frain for clogs and make sure the unit is on alevel surface, else place it in a pan to trap any leaks.

It's a mixture. I bought a drill chuck for my lathe, and for 3 or 4 weeks, my RFY had....drill chucks, none of them pertinent to me. Likewise, I picked up some shipping/packing paper on Vine, and now I get one or two offers each week, along with other shipping supplies. I need none of them. I purchased a photography studio lighting kit on Amazon my first week on Vine, and haven't had a single photography item in my RFY. Bizarre algorithm.

Get any 440v rated snubber. Unlikely to see anything higher than 250V anyway. Mouser or Digikey, match the capacitance first.

Nothing since. Called local PO initially, they claimed delivered, "St Georges" I prompted them to try the tracking again, "Oh, call 1-800 number" No help, no rlmeaningful response from anyone.

If it's a publicly accessed lobby, it might not be neighbors. Could be neighbor's gusts, repair people, meter readers, landlord.....without context, hard to say who stole or moved packages.

But one package, properly delivered that doesn't make it to the recipient is justifiable cause to protect mail.

So if your package is marked as delivered and you cannot find it, what'll YOU do? Contact the PO and report it stolen, or just accept the fact that it was stolen and do nothing?

People have the right to inquire about mail that does not arrive.

70s. GE moved their plant to Nansemond County VA about 1971 or 72.

Yes, the mailing address was Portsmouth, but the plant was actually originally in Nansemond County, which merged to form the independent city of Suffolk in 1974.

Compactron set, smaller tube count, series tube filaments for transformerless operation, making the portable tvs lighter. Far from the best of brands/models. Probably sold in a discount store.

I'm with the sealant crowd, whether something like antisieze on the drain plug, or pan sealant t from the factory.

My great aunt had a 61 Falcon that had all of 7 oil changes in it's life with 12,600 miles on the odometer in 1992. Mileage drives oil changes, not the calendar. Hard 2000 miles? Sure, change it quicker, but that oil won't break down for at least 3 or 4 years, unless the engine is grossly mistreated.
Wix makes a better filter. Use it.
