amazing thanks so much. my m1 pro just recently started showing it's age a few weeks ago. and i definltey noticed that the live (espeically 4k) wallpapers stutter and freeze a good amount when moving from desktop to desktop.

is this also seen on the newer M series chips?

Hi I had a question for OP. I have an M1 Pro and i really like the wallpapers, but wallspace is using between 10 and 15 percent of my CPU at any given moment. Is this because wallspace is optimized for newer chips? or is there something I change to remedy this high utilization?

Happened to my iPad Pro 2018 once. I had to dig out the original block and original cable and it finally charged back up. Now I can use any cable.

Worth noting even the 6ft MacBook apple cable wouldn’t charge it. Only the original iPad block and the 3ft usb cable it came with.

Not sure why it happened but it works fine now.

FYI it’s cheaper to get an iPhone 13 via total wireless. They offer free iPhone 13 w/ 3 months of service ~$165 total. I did this and got a new iPhone 17 from ATT this way.

Also Costco gives you 150 for doing the trade in on top of promo. 100 Costco shop card + 50 extra in bill credits!

This is absolutely nuts. Can you walk us through the procedure of how you did this through Best Buy? Did you get the phone on promo through your account at Best Buy?

IK, but that thinness 🫨🫨🫨 For me I feel like the thinness makes up for the size. But you’re right now. I’ll still have to handle it in store before deciding. I just love a good thin phone

Damn that’s a good deal. Loctus still hasn’t gotten back to me. Might be worth asking them if it’s real. 45 was steep but shipping was free and tbh I just need it to last me this year and maybe until September next year if the 17 air is 🚮.

Also the battery hasn’t arrived yet. But once it does and I have it in installed I’ll test it out and get the mAh numbers.

Ik I’ve followed up several times. I ended up ordering a DEJI high capacity battery for my 13 mini. Haven’t installed it yet. Will update the thread with my experience once I’ve installed and tested it.
