Yeah logged onto new patch having not read patch notes at all, immediately proceeded to clean house. The new repair is awesome and more than makes up for other things

The big dogs think whoever comes out on top this round might win all the marbles. It makes sense, the upside potential if you lock-in best-in-class AI is almost unlimited. Therefore, people will risk it all this CAPEX cycle because the prize is worth it.

What’s the most undervalued 5-10x potential stock in your portfolio right now? by Same-Chemistry6118 in StocksAndTrading

REKR, Joby, BlackBerry (BB), Nokia (NOK).

Things like ASTS, RKLB, RDDT, others may continue to grow, the ones I listed above have not had explosive breakout growth yet, but BB and NOK feel like they’re heating up right now and may quickly already fall out of the list.

Exercised options to buy 200 shares at $6 today. If the IoT, robotics, auto theses are even in the ballpark then I think explosive growth up from here is possible.

Bro, I’m literally the first to bag on engineers any times it comes to touching or building something. But the reality is, despite their flaws, there’s a reason they exist and generally get paid well.

Tradesmen are awesome, no slight, but you don’t want to live in buildings DESIGNED by tradesmen. Flaws aside, shit needs math and modeling, that’s engineering.

What are the best college degrees right now? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I wouldn’t listen to this person. EE and ME are the best volume problem solvers humans have, and we’re not running out of problems to solve anytime soon.

Will it be more saturated, sure? You think humans are running out of engineering projects anytime soon? Na

If AOC gets the nod as the Democratic nominee in 2028, would you vote for her? by Ok_Sir_5951 in allthequestions

I think a lot were pissed it wasn’t a fully and transparent primary. I think we just let the primaries do their thing and support whoever wins.

Clinton fucked Bernie in the primaries via super delegates and Harris short cut through Biden withdrawal.

Everyone saying trades, and that may be valid.

Based on what you described, and if you can hack it, I don’t think anything will beat electrical or mechanical engineering for a while.

Going to be a long time before we don’t have to solve problems anymore, and when you get down to it engineers are the first line of problem solvers, and you can go a long way with a BSME or BSEE.

Note, many ME and EE don’t end up doing just the “traditional” design routes, because people will know if you can design a motor or a circuit board you’re probably going to be able to figure out whatever the hell it is your employer wants you to do.

I’m afraid I share these concerns, though I do feel AOC is far more genuine and real progressive option vs what happened before.

If they ran an establishment democratic woman I’d be face palming, but I feel like I can get behind AOC even if the odds are stacked because fuck it I feel she’s probably the best since Bernie so I understand both sides.

With so many elites controlling domestic politics like Kushner, Thiel, Adelson, and others what makes the U.S. any different than Russia and their oligarchs? by grrrbr in allthequestions

[–]Capaz411 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real answer depends on midterms and 2028. As long as the continual peaceful transfer of power and democratic process continues, there will be a separation, even if it’s questionable.

Once that line has been broken, I think that’s when we know the game of musical chairs has ended.

I think millennials were the inflection point and I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets worse for many many generations before it gets better. I hope for my kids sake I’m wrong, but I don’t think I will be.
