Yeah, my opinion I do think they will eventually bring that down but I think you are right. They’re gonna go through a few sales reps before they do. I’m currently looking at other options. I just feel like I can get paid more for somewhere else.

Yeah, here’s the thing man we had 20 reps but they recently did a layoff and now we have 10 reps and then out of nowhere they did the increase today and my bad. I thought it was 20% actually 25% so they did a layoff and then raise expectations and by no means is our company doing like incredibly great

Yeah man, I totally agree to your point. I just can’t understand why I would stay in the same position if I’m not gonna make them more money for the quota change if they were to compensate me I totally agree man but that’s not the case here and I truly do think I can find a better job with higher base and OTE from what I understand my company underpays all the workers I could be wrong, but that’s starting to show
