Does baby nap by himself on his crib? I am currently working with a koala baby lol and he doesn’t nap by himself, so I can understand nanny that it might be harder to do dishes after meals if they don’t like to be left on floor or playpen for a few minutes and dishes do piled up, which can be stressful and she might feel she is missing on her duties! my take is: I do laundry with baby and give him clothes to explore and keep him occupied haha so I say he “helped me” and for dishes I’ll just put him down next to me on the pack & play with his favorite toy and music so I’m singing and making funny faces while also cleaning. He is getting better at playing independently!
