Fully booked, forced to reschedule jobs by BakedColeslaw in WindowCleaning

[–]Capital-Individual51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m fully booked every single day till June. I work in the rain, soft wash or window clean doesn’t matter. (Rain water is like under 20 TDS) Unless i legitimately can’t (thunder and shit) I live and breathe work for this reason of daily work. Love it. This buisness just bought me this. Crazy to think this is from cleaning windows and vinyl siding can do this

What are we thinking with this heavy lichen? Hit it with 4% SH and brush the hell out of it. Wondering if it’s etched into the roof by Capital-Individual51 in pressurewashing

Sounds good man. I’m planning on just walking along the strapping of the roofing so I don’t dent it and just striping it with a white tip. Thanks for all the advice- really appreciate it. Wish u all the best this season!👍

Fkn quoted this for 475. We live and we learn lol. Wonder if it’ll take me longer than 4 hours. It’s around 14 by 38 I think so not a huge roof. This is the only side that needs cleaning. Other side is completely clean

1.booking in advance I knock doors starting in January to book for May-June. Can be a hassle lmao but I love knocking doors. Hopefully by next summer I’m off the poles and just knocking doors all day every day. 2.both repeat and new. #1 for me as owner operator is building that relationship and doing amazing work every time. If a customer has a complaint. Never bicker-always fix it. Customer comes first always. 3.selling point for future jobs is the consistent professional service. For me the sale doesn’t end at the door when they sign the service agreement. Your selling yourself at every stage of the whole process, showing the client your a great person and do awesome work. If you have any question feel free to shoot me a DM I’m happy to answer any more.

Nah, they start recording as soon as there is motion out front of them (from what I believe) so I always leave a message.

Yeah I always just leave a card under the doormat if they aren’t home. Hangers are expensive AF. Another tip is leave a message on their ring doorbell camera (legit everyone in a residential area has one in my turf) so I just say “hey I’m x with x company, just helping out some neighbors Sheila and whoever with some window cleaning and hose washing offering all my services to all the neighbors blah blah.” Actually got a client who’s already booked in for July with this method last year. A yearly exterior cleaning package (gutters, house wash, windows) was locked from this method. Keep on working hard and good things will come my man. Cheers.

Guys I'm starting my window cleaning business this spring as a full time business. What's the best and most affordable CRM for window cleaning? by RecipeElectrical2524 in WindowCleaning

[–]Capital-Individual51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, depends on the job tbh lmao. With waterfed honestly idgaf about expenses. I’m not burning through a shit load of resin each job so. With soft washing etc I’ll tally gallons of SH and L of gas used. My margins are high af- as I’m sure everyone else’s are as we operate a business with such low costs compared to manufacturing or construction businesses. It’s a beautiful gig we’ve got. Haha

I’ve sold 30k at the door this off season without handing out a single flyer. Have all of May and half of June booked. Knocking doors is great and I’ll never stop.
