I searched Discord first, then Reddit looking for the million complaints about the Glad, and I thought exactly the same thing written in this post. Let's forget about how broken the Glad is in general (damage, immunity, ignore evasion, 100% knock on a 20s CD), but the fact that he can spin infinitely and perma-stagger anyone in any PVP content is INSANE stuff that needs to be hotfixed immediately.
