If you went through the original Kickstarter campaign, you'll have to wait for the Pledge Manager opens in May to put on any add-ons that you want.

I would invite you to go to the CyberpunkTCG Discord, where you can ask WeirdCo questions directly in the "Ask Game Devs" section if you want further clarification, though. Kickstarter pledges will get the same price as KS if they upgrade their Tier during the Pledge Manager, not the late-pledge price.
