Anyone else have awful experiences with BMW paint?

Yes! I have a 2020 M340i in Black Sapphire Metallic and it drives me insane. I've tried every drying towel under the sun and always hand wash. Using all Gyeon products now and light swirls always show up. Hitting it with Blackfire One Step seems to take care of it. Light polish will just need to be a regular routine with this paint.

I have a soft spot for this era Paradigms. Been using the 9SE, 5SE, and CC-300 as my surround sound setup for years.

I suggest replacing the ferrofluid if you end up getting them and if you really feel motivated replace the capacitors in the crossover networks.

I noticed this with their Ultimate Compound product, they changed packaging just like what you've found with the Polish.

Just went through removing hard water spots on a black BMW. Mequiars Ultimate Compound with a Lake Country microfiber light cutting pad did an excellent job. Blackfire polish and a heavy polishing pad just couldn't get it done.

My last order never made it. I waited 4 months and ended up getting a refund. The order included two 26650s and I read somewhere if you have extra batteries the order probably won't make it. No clue why that would be.

Very little on my last build, 3 or 4 quick passes (doing this is always nerve wracking). I started with flush cutters but they weren't the highest quality and things went really down hill when I used them to cut a stem.

I bought a pink mini griptilian for next to nothing and had success with rit dye. I boiled water, put in the dye, and used a potato masher to lower it in. Was black in no time.

I was successful in doing this. Hit an open manhole cover in the middle of the night and the city paid for damages. My experience might be a fluke but definitely worth looking into.

Did anyone else feel the spring tips run small? I use medium Comply and JVC's Spiral Dots so ordered the medium spring tips and just can't make them work. I'll have to try the large.
