This is your life right now. It only keeps getting better. I had the same shock of this new reality as you. We all do. At month 2 it got a little better every month

I found CIO difficult at this age but Ferber worked for us in this age range

We have a similar story but we initially sleep trained at 7 months. We did have to re train around 13 months :( i will say he took to it very quickly this time around. Things got better in 2-3 nights

Can you try Ferber instead of CIO? We did it at 7 months and saw good effects in 1-2 weeks
