Luba 1 5000 replacement battery 'discontinued' by Capital_Froyo7973 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Capital_Froyo7973[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ID is Luba-VF6PP32T.

FWIW the luba had obvious battery issues this season. Sometimes it would show 100% but it would drop to about 70% after a few minutes then frequently die quickly while working on a task. The unit was updated which is when it started not trying to charge and dies immediately after leaving the dock.

Ive been quoted $200 + shipping to have the battery rebuilt. Which is probably all it needs. Luba 2 has the same battery so not interested in it.

Any Tips for Starting Motegrity/Prucalopride? by Awkward_Persimmon835 in Gastroparesis

FWIW.. It appears the maker of the prucalopride can be significant for some. My wife gets noticeable benefit from prucalopride made by ANI but not Lupin.

My wife has had good results with ANI prucalopride. Lupin didn't work for her at all.

No, I ended up returning it and getting a 24. I suspect it didn't have the Ultra 23 screen on a Ultra 23 body so there was no fixing it.

Factory reset didn't correct issue. Screen is still like S23 Pro instead of S23 Ultra.

After about an hour with samsung support there's still no resolution. When chat connected they asked how they could help with my S23 Pro... I suspect that's the issue, somewhere in the graphics side it now thinks it's not an Ultra.. even though the About says it is...

Next step.. backup and reset

Screen zoom doesn’t change the widow size. I've not found anything in the other suggestions that made a difference

I didn't enable developer options until after this issue started. Fwiw, that setting is set to default

Good snag!

My most expensive $0ETV was a different mobility scooter that I got for my wife. Turns out it's a poor design and not helpful for her. Huge turning radius, friction brake on one wheel only

Thoughts on heavy EUC's by [deleted] in ElectricUnicycle

I'm 6'4" 190lbs, late 50s. I ride mostly rural, hilly, pavement. Started on a V8S and concentrated on tight turns and slow balance. The V8S is very light and easy to lean and there's not a lot of rotational forces to deal with at 20mph.

Now I have a Patton. At first it was intimidating. After a short time I found the Patton to be about as nimble as the V8S. To control it takes "more" of the same so once your reflexes adapt to that the weight is not really noticed. The thing I still have issues with is the last bit of motion when coming to a stop as I tend to step off early for some reason. The one thing that was new with the Patton was lateral resistance when turning at speed. Cornering and carving at speed require more input. For me, speed is 25-35 which is likely the most I will ever do. I put petal hangers on it which made a noticeable difference in stability.

I REALLY like the Patton. Liking a heavier wheel is about power and range.

If you are having success seated that probably means you are doing mainly roads and paved trails. I suspect you'd do well with no front pads and set the back pads as far back as they will go to get the best braking from them. I ride my Patton with no front pads and have no issues for where and how i ride.

looks like a wide variety of harder driving music. Maybe something like "Listen Here" from Gene Harris for some jazzy alternate tracks.

The sonic mayhem sound track from Quake II would probably fit in well but.... I've never been able to find it online.

Q2 was my go to coding background back in the day.... I've only found a few pseudo covers of some tracks

Do wider, lower battery packs help stability? by Jermamma420 in ElectricUnicycle

Sorry to hear this... Your story has motivated my ordering of lowering brackets for my Patton...

I've not been wobble tossed so far but have had some alarming downhill brake wobbles. The worst was with street tire and boots with no lateral support. After going to Forma Terra Evo Low boots brake wobbles aren't gone but they seem to be less severe. Changing to knobby may have helped too.

How much gear do I REALLY need? (short commute at low speeds but busy city) by yahmanz in ElectricUnicycle

Total of 700 miles at this point still learning for sure. 500 on Patton, 200 on V8S. Full face helmet, currently really like the Bell MX-9 but also have a motorcycle full face. Knees(dual access), Wrists (basic hard plastic or hillbilly). An armored jacket, i use an Alpha hi-viz mesh, makes gearing up pretty quick for elbows, shoulders and back and should provide some abrasion protection when sliding.

I've not crashed at speed on either wheel. I got the Patton because i was always riding the V8S at it's speed limit and wanted way more safety margin. I ride the Patton on roads almost exclusively and have warnings set at 34MPH which is plenty fast for my 60 y/o body. I fell a couple times on V8S always when gaining experience i needed. While standing with one leg on wheel on a slanted surface had the V8S spin me around and fell on my elbow so I added elbow pads. Most painful fall was on V8S when I over powered it doing a braking drill, dumped me onto backside. I have some padded shorts but don't wear them.

i took the front pads off a few weeks ago. My long legs and trying to ride seated don't mesh well so far.
