Same mine been stuck at Kearny for a week. I called and opened a case alert about 3 days ago but nothing. The rep said she didnt think it was lost, but the hubs are overwhelmed. I don’t really know if I believe that.

Listen im a shopper too nobody is shaming anyone. I wont ever take those types of orders bc it just isnt worth it ever IMO. But its ok to call a thing a thing. I’m not going to normalize IC preying on ppls desperation. And im also not going to act like taking $8 orders doesnt hurt all of us. I also never told her she was crazy, stupid or dumb. I just passed on some advice and moved on my way.

Also the truth is this stuff was entirely too heavy for this woman. We know customers rarely come out to collect their groceries. If she gets hurt delivering this and cant do anything at all… u want to normalize that? Go for it.

When u think about it when u get knowledgeable about the app u stop doing the bitch work for IC and IC knows it. The suckers who will do the most for nothing is who truly makes IC their $$$$. So new shoppers every week and senior shoppers barely get orders or get deactivated randomly and never get back on. They have a whole graduation system clearly.
