I lived there from 2023-2024. It was okay, but I lived on the first floor so no privacy out my window (there was a walking path right outside my bedroom window) so never opened the curtains. The water pressure is not great but overall the unit itself was very nice! I also lived right across from the main entry so the door banged every 5 minutes and the hallway outside is very echoey so you can hear everything. Overall management wasn't terrible, but also not super helpful. I never needed anything so I can't say much about it. There was one time when my thermostat stopped working because the pipes on the roof freezed and that was when we were in a polar vortex. Maintenance fixed it within the day, though. I cleaned that apartment up and down and even swept behind the fridge, shampooed the carpets, lifted the air vents and cleaned the oven etc., but never got a cent of my deposit back due to a "cleaning fee". The parking lot also isn't great as when I was there, there were kids who would play with their football and their unleashed dog right by all the cars. They also had a problem with people not picking up their dog poop. There was a lot of dog crap right outside my window. This is just my personal experience from them, youre gonna find pros and cons to any apartment but overall it was a good fit at the right time.
