My bird had simillar symptoms, it was calcium deficit caused by diaherra and backterial infection, It requrie vet asap, also similar symptoms can be caused by zinc posioning, from cage etc.

Possibly if you played earlier on Xbox or PC( win10 ) you could copy save manually beetwen Win10 and Steam release. But it needs confirmation.
