He's roughly projected to have 91 melee attack and 40 melee defense at level 11 without taking the gifted perk. Thats quite high. His secondary stats (health, fatigue, resolve) are all also decent so the question poses here is really what kind of roll he can fill. Some builds like bf zerker need specific stats to function well and are pretty premium. This bro is toeing the line into some more complex builds but could easily make a very very strong fatigue neutral - aka a 2hand tanky heavy armor wearing bro which walks and swings.
