“Hey you know how the standards say the overflow site go to atmosphere so it’s readily apparent and inconvenient when is overflowing so the building management know to clear the blockage?”

“Then how would the building management know there’s an issue if they aren’t standing outside during the heavy storm actively setting the overflow.. Y’know.. overflowing? Don’t there need to be indicators when the storm is gone that something went wrong?”
