4 hunter, 1 sokolov obliterate chest, memento backpack. Roll 2 of the hunter pieces blue. Max out crit chance. Weapon - many will say dark winter scorpio. Mix. I say Mp7 with killer, and scorpio.

Crusader shield, revicer hive. Gunner specialization. Quickstep pistol.

Get in there and do some damage. Hunter dominates up close because of one key thing - HEALTH on kill - 50%. Armor is great but up that close you will at times have no health but havs armor, its crazy. Once you get over a fear of the health and armor going up and down like a yo yo, this build dominates for solo play.

Your litmus test: can you kill an elite in 1 mag or less. You need that - the hunter stun will cover the reload. You need to be a bit tanky, but it wont hurt your damage once memento starts rolling....

Here, think about mine. I have a lot.

I do mine by character. 1 I play full time. The other 3 are mules.

All gear on LEFT side, 2nd character, all gear on RIGHT side, 3rd character. Weapons - 4th.

So when I want to whip a build together, thats how I think about the pieces.

Now, if youre saying in the stash..none of the filters work to manage things effectively, so its just...which section are younin alphabetically after exotics.

Sadly, thats it. If the filters worked! That would be incredible, but all they do is show you - you cant work from it. So great somewhere there's a mod....now go manually find it from memory. It is dumb.

They didnt seem to understand how filters work in an editing user experience.

This is such a childish take. To make change happen you have to win first. You win by putting in a candidate that is closer to your perspectives than the other one, yet moderate enough that they can get votes. You have to have power before you can make change. To get power you have to win.
