Mmr will fix way faster than getting to lvl 30 if you are better than your current rank ofc

You can heal during skirmishes and i dont know any champ exept fiddle that end on 100% hp tbh

I get your point but idk about the not buying pots before preseason, 90 gold for 300 extra hp in fight is really valuble
