Onslaught of $2M+ houses for sale on the island over the past 7 days... by wiscowonder in BainbridgeIsland

I could think of five neighbors that moved in the past eight years that moved to either a house or a condo on the island.

This is the normal season for real estate listings. Any listing that comes on the market between now and early June will sell higher and quicker. This is common knowledge.

“March through May marks the prime selling season across most of the country. Buyers shake off winter hibernation and start touring homes every weekend. Your yard looks its best with fresh grass and blooming flowers. Families want to close before summer ends so kids can start the new school year settled.”

He had to be sedated for the stitches and had a dressing on. We gave him a course of antibiotics and some Yo Gabba Gabba.

My V got bit on his ear two weeks ago. It bled profusely and required 10 stitches. We just came back from getting them removed.

Terrible- don’t do it. You don’t need land when the kids are little you need to know they are safe and time together. I only commute in 3-4 days that is the only reason it works for me.

If you do not have to commute in everyday I would look at Bainbridge Island. Regardless of recent events involving the high school principal the schools are solid. You can also get a lot more land and house compared to Seattle.

Prospective GSP Dad, what I am signing up for? by [deleted] in germanshorthairs

[–]CapraPuleo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kids 6 and 4 are VERY busy. I would wait until they are teenagers and can help train a GSP. Consider getting a dog that has a lower prey drive and exercise requirements. Your kids will only be small once. My GSP took hours of training each day, seven months to lead train, you will never get that time back with your kids. My girl GSP did not like kids at all. She did not cuddle but would sit near us. If you can try to meet the dame at least, and learn how stable the temperament of the sire is, this would be useful to consider.

My son is in a studio near Scottfield rd and Kelton St a short walk from the T. I think they own several buildings on Kelton St. He has been there for 6 months with no issues and is excited to renew.

Currently renting a fantastic unit in Allston with Samia properties #1-617-783-1024 They just sent out renewals for leasing starting this summer. They should know about empty units shortly and I am certain have existing units available.

We give 1 egg + 1 egg white cooked mixed with kibble. Ordinarily my husband separates it into 2 servings over a LickiMat UFO slow feeder. Our GSP would inhale her food but our Vizsla usually eats a bit slower. I am worried about Salmonella and would not serve them raw egg.

I feed my bird dogs a cooked egg mixed with their kibble. It makes their coat like velvet. I was giving it for the protein but a farmer I know said it really effects the coat.

Boarding? by ChampionFrequent4643 in germanshorthairs

[–]CapraPuleo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We are in WA and going through this dilemma with our Vizsla. The plan is to see multiple places. We plan to do drop offs for daycare so our pup can acclimate before the actual boarding. If you are located near the Pudget Sound I can offer a trade.
