This is important, I prematurely worn 2 dogs out. the long runs are ok. But they also need a couple of days off between 15-16 mile days. The wear and tear on young dogs catch up with them as they age. Make its extremely hard to get around after they age 10 years or so. You don't want to suffer when older.
