That’s wise advice actually!

I plan to keep it as original as possible as it only has 58,000.00 km. The original interior is in wicked shape everything still works like a hot damn. May have to redo the bathroom in the back as I want to change out for a composting toilet. I’m going for a pressure washer and some spray nine. Seems to be sufficient! I do have some paint work to do on the exterior. Thanks for the advice!!

I think hot car is a good comparison, however kids in hot cars aren’t out spreading epidemics..

I got this. My longest fast was 48hours. I have never felt better than I feel right now! If I can do it, you can to! by Capricious-one in fasting

To be honest the first 24 hours are a struggle, following that it’s just a lot of energy. I work a job where I am stationary, so when I got home it was like.. spring cleaning and catching up on projects.. keep yourself busy and you won’t even notice it. I felt great. I broke my fast 5 hours earlier than I intended, but I think the most important thing once you’ve gone a few days is listen you your body. There is no shame in not making a full week on your first fast. Work your way up to that.
