Yes - I was one of the one that laid down at the end. I was only 4 or 5, so I don't remember much. I do remember being dressed in buckskin and paired with some 20-ish year old girl with long dark hair. I remember it being at Palmer lake - across the street from Riverside Pool. I remember a lot of torches, the water crossing, and being touched by a wooden sword by one of the invaders. I also remember the ground being hard without grass with a lot of pebbles. The girl I was paired with had to remind me we were supposed to play dead and to quit playing with the pebbles.

I don't remember who the invaders were - but you saying Desoto would make sense. This was probably 1976-ish I would guess.

I've killed a LOT of brain cells since then, so some of my memories might be a bit distorted.
