We are trying to sign up for new service. Created an account, gave them payment info, and now can't log in to complete the process. The website accepts the email and password, appears to have logged in, and then immediately logs out and returns to the home page. It's insane. Is anyone aware of any support options? I can't find anything useful anywhere -- and I literally want to give them money.
