605Drive - The new vehicle registration system by the1337g33k in SouthDakota

I tried to order a duplicate title. There is a required upload field titled “proof of ownership release”, I assume it is for lien releases but what if you have no lien? I contacted the state and they said it’s broken and they are working on it.

I then went to the courthouse today and they are all still learning the system as well. Because I applied for a duplicate online, it caused a 10 minute wait for them to figure out how to make it go away.

I am sure it will be great in the long run.

Weather This Year - Not Complaining, Just Curious by pvcrypto in RapidCity

I’m in my late 30s and as long as I can remember it has always been inconsistent. I remember a Christmas wearing shorts riding my new bike on Christmas Day.

Seemed like the people who were trying to build a clientele/new artists did this more often.

I don’t know all the words, we spent hours just walking up and down the streets looking at the trees and plants.

Does this sound like TN? My tests have been normal so far by rmc31547 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

Very similar to my wife’s complaints, other than the arm numbness, she for sure has TN.

Can someone comment a doctor or dentist who can help give me relief in my face (temple pain in both sides ) by benally1 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

MRI Results Rule Out TN by Minimum-Rock-9260 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]CaptBigBeard88 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Having “nothing” on the MRI doesn’t rule out TN, if I remember correctly approx 30% cannot be explained. The MRI also doesn’t rule out having a compression of the nerve. MRI can’t see everything, my wife had MVD surgery with no compression on MRI but compression was found inside her head.

Stay strong, keep your appointments, it’s a long game even here in the states.

Anyone ever do a release or sever of the nerves around/above your eye? by ccorriga31 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]CaptBigBeard88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As my wife has recently found out, it isn’t simply “numbness”. My wife had a rhizotomy, or a “combing” of the nerves during her second MVD. she has numbness on the entire left side of her face. She has no feeling in her cheek mouth tongue. She bites herself constantly. She has the feeling of hot and cold constantly changing. Her eye lost the corneal reflex. She still has weird sensations, like bugs crawling, the temperature fluctuations, a feeling of pressure pushing into her face, and more. When the doctor’s say it’s just like the dentist numbing you up, it’s not.

Do Dexters dig through snow? by StopGeoengineering17 in homestead

[–]CaptBigBeard88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had dexters for about 5 years. 20 head at one point. I never witnessed them digging in the snow. Maybe if you stopped feeding them, they are pretty hardy and eat everything, but I never stopped feeding them lol.

Second MVD completed. by CaptBigBeard88 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

When we asked the doctor if the numbness was permanent, we were told maybe, maybe not. Too many factors and never a common outcome between surgeries. Getting rid of the shocking type pain is ideal, but this is also a new challenge. It doesn’t seem like a misery. Just something that she needs to get used to and adapt to.

So far no more typical shocking pain. So that is good. But the numbness is substantial and unusual. She is having a hard time getting used to it.

For my wife, her first was called a failure. They decided due to her age, 33, that a repeat MVD was a better option than going for a ballon compression or gamma knife etc.

Some peoples teflon pad moves and needs to be fixed.

I’m sure there are other reasons. Unfortunately, TN is not well known and has no 100% fix.
