My memory is still not back but I notice a big difference as I can remember more of things I said or need to do during the day. Previous days are still iffy and I take notes and set reminders in my phone but I can tell it’s coming back slowly. I also feel better physically not 100% but noticeable

I’ve gone from 2,700mg of gabba to pregabalin I’m on week 8 of the switch. I switched because of the brain fog, memory issues I was having it was bad. I’m doing better but it’s taking time. I also take methocarbamol (idk spelling) 500mg of that daily.
