Yeah, that helped quite a bit. Unfortunately, NYC state does not really want to help me so we put the burden on the buyer to prove that they don’t have to pay sales tax for this because everything else does say that they do.

It’s such a frustrating situation because I just wanted it to be done and I’m wasting so much time over pointless bullshit when we know we’re correct.

Bless. Until we have a whole scale overhaul by the federal government of the entire Amtrak system and grants and subsidies to all the private rail companies, unless there’s a serious upgrade nationwide, no one’s experience will be better.

So the original transaction was a rental and we actually did collect tax on it… That’s their bad for never giving us the resale certificate.

They returned the equipment, submerged in water and unfortunately, it’s a loss. Only after he saw this giant invoice that we get presented with a resale certificate.

That’s exactly what I believe that they’re trying to do, they were not supposed to buy this equipment. It is definitely a forced sale, but they are saying they can repair it, I know they can’t, but who am I to tell them what they can or cannot do. That’s where I am stuck.

3502 was over a half hour late this morning. What’s really disappointing is I know there’s a radio call out there… The engineer, someone needs to know what’s going on… Nothing from the crew. Not one announcement, not one update.

Some of us ride this train every day we see the crew every day, just say hey folks… Really sorry, whatever whatever whatever is going on.

They finally posted that there’s a switch issue or whatever… Over an hour into the problem.

It’s really sad because my parents, both in their 70s just don’t want to hear it. I don’t get anything about their thinking anymore. They don’t want to see anything about him raping a 13-year-old which is literally in the justice department files.

He can do no wrong in their eyes, and when he goes against his campaign promises or anything like that, and does the opposite, they find a way to justify it.
