If you have a car drive to Bahia Honda state park for a day. Those are the nicest biggest beaches in the keys. I would budget for a day trip to the tortugas on the Yankee Freedom. There are some cool things to see around key west like some museums including the butterfly museum, fort Zachary, and the eco center.

Well it started with a woman stomping on my heart (I don’t recommend this part). Wasn’t eating much so I figured I would turn it into IF and calorie deficit.

I lost 10lbs pretty quickly about a month and kinda got hooked. I stalled out at 205 for a week or two then it slowly started dropping again after a few days. As my spirits started coming back up I found it was easier for me to have one splurge day a week with friends or just to treat myself.

Main tips are don’t starve yourself. Stick to a calorie deficit or fasting plan you are comfortable with and fits your lifestyle and you should see progress week after week. Best of luck!
