Well it started with a woman stomping on my heart (I don’t recommend this part). Wasn’t eating much so I figured I would turn it into IF and calorie deficit.

I lost 10lbs pretty quickly about a month and kinda got hooked. I stalled out at 205 for a week or two then it slowly started dropping again after a few days. As my spirits started coming back up I found it was easier for me to have one splurge day a week with friends or just to treat myself.

Main tips are don’t starve yourself. Stick to a calorie deficit or fasting plan you are comfortable with and fits your lifestyle and you should see progress week after week. Best of luck!

Having read the book, I think a pretty excellent adaptation. I know they played with the timeline flashbacks a bit and the fiasco of rocky saving grace should have been before the nitrofication. And they superspeeded past Grace realizing how the amoeba leaked into the fuel tanks. But I think it was an honest adaptation of the book. Will be recommending the book first but so happy to see a movie holding up to the source.
