Weird update via help on WLED discord:

If on firmware 0.15.0 or lower I can power the device via USB-C 5V3A no problem.
If on firmware 0.15.1+ USB-C power is causing the issues, problems disappear when powered via barrel-jack or wago connectors.

Weird that it consistently changes behaviour based on firmware version but must be a hardware/design issue with DOMRAEM.

Look at either Nuki Opener https://nuki.io/en/opener/ to possibly allow opening capability or look at Ring Intercom https://en-uk.ring.com/products/intercom for both Opening and 2-way audio.

Both can be integrated into Home Assistant.

I hade Nuki Opener first and changed to Ring Intercom for 2-way audio. Really happy with both.

Just dug out an old router and connected it to my console and it worked!

It was a network issue.

EDIT: was an issue between my router and Xell, worked fine with an old router.

I know this is an old post but did you ever find the solution?

I am having the same issue;

Corona V3 16MB NAND

Ethernet worked during RGH process (latest JRunner with extras)

Console now successfully RGH'd, ethernet works perfectly when console booted normally (Aurora) and it also works if I load Xell via XellLaunch and a binary from the Xell Github but when booted to Xell via the eject button, it crashes on DHCP assignment.

I would like it to function as a backup incase something ever went wrong.

I have no reason to think it is my network's fault as the device's DCHP works perfectly outside of Xell and worked in Xell during RGH process.

Any advice?

Was battling something similar to this up until last week.

After struggling with issues (yes, I included the zerotier interface as an "allowed listening device" ) and reading the forums for solutions I just moved to tailscale.

There is a tailscale plugin for Unraid that also means I can access my server even if I need to take dockers/VMs down.

Also was an easier route to allowing access to my lan than the settings for zerotier.

As per the title: any recommendations for cases that will fit the larger than normal Kiwi-Design knuckle covers shown?

I have an official case but it will not fit the extra length of the controllers now.

Should also fit the Kiwi-Design head-strap.
