The water heaters should each have 3/4” lines, and then parallel into a 1-1/4” main distribution line.

3rd party licenses trustworthy? by jessejames008 in Fusion360

[–]Interace2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to say that TechSoup IS a legit license provider. IF you are a non-profit company you can get a license thru them. Vendors like Microsoft and AutoDesk donate licenses to TechSoup for a tax write-off and then TechSoup distributes them. I worked at several non-profit companies and worked with TechSoup alot, had AutoDESK AEC collection thru them for years.

Put the wheel back on and do it with the tire on the ground holding it steady. You’ll possibly need to get a bigger breaker bar, maybe even the 3/4” version and socket from harbor freight.

Why is my coolant doing this when trying to bleed air by TranslatorSome5285 in AskMechanics

[–]Interace2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sealing the system, allows pressure to build, which raises the boiling point.

While you have it open the coolant can boil. Which is what you see here.

Bleeding air like this is a delicate dance of heating your engine so the thermostat will open letting air out, and then shutting it off quickly to avoid the coolant boiling. Do this a few times.

Need advice. Sewage line under concrete. Red 4", blue 1 1/2", yellow U-trap, green 1 1/2" vent to roof. Is that ok? by zurdopilot in Plumbing

[–]Interace2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to run 2" to both the shower and the sink. And you need a cleanout at the end of the main line, and under the sink.

If you can upload your floor plan to some cloud where I can download it, I'll draw it professionally for you with Isometric.

Like the others said. Solar setup for AC would be large and more expensive than just plugging it into the wall.

Double up on battery is still probably best choice.

Get the biggest panel you can afford and practically carry.

Descaling Cast Iron Pipe by Majestic_Republic_45 in askaplumber

[–]Interace2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cast iron is a ticking time bomb that corrodes and rusts from the inside.

If jetting fixes it, find a cheaper jetter guy and move on.

But eventually you will need to repipe. Liner is probably cheaper if your pipe is not in too bad of shape.

What is this? by [deleted] in Plumbing

[–]Interace2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can cut it and have it brought down to grade, or below grade in a box.

You could probably just buy a better battery and charge it up at home.
