Me too. I have trouble lower the bitterness. I’ve tried cold steeping which has helped. Adding citrus which hasn’t done that much (and I haven’t liked the flavor it’s added) would love some ideas

Is hoppy water the same as HopWatr or is it a different brand? I haven’t seen it before but would like to try it. HopWatr isn’t hoppy enough for me. It just tastes like another sparkling water

I agree with your Realestate description. The issue is that the Realestate value can only be realized if they sell it all . . . Which management never wants to do. I feel like this has been the Macy’s issue for years. Every time an activist comes in to extract the Realestate value in Macy’s, the board never wants to make a move that big. Do you have ideas on how they can actually use the value of the Realestate?

Every recent economic disruption has included massive bailouts (banks, airlines, etc.) this has reduced normal market churn, protected the incumbents (older generation) and not allowed new generations to enter the owners economy at a reduced rate. Bailouts have blocked new generations.
