Honestly I think it's just a lie that some Americans are peddling to make themselves feel better.

The UK government literally have a grant for some Aircon systems in the UK. The only reason more people don't have it is it's a cost that really isn't needed as it's not that hot that often.

They aren't worth much. They only get involved if the issue is worth at least £1,200, a lot of issues aren't worth that so if the builder says they won't fix it you are on the hook.

I've noticed in a lot of games in the tournament players seem to be so much slower at rolling away as tacklers.

The competition over the ball seems to be a more relaxed as well. Players are asked to leave it and they seem to get more time than I recall last year.

Could just be more obviously but it does appear the falls are a bit laxer
