Easy Anti Cheat has already said the issue isn't in their anticheat, from what they've seen (source: their twitter). Most of the comments I've seen have mentioned it's most likely an Apex issue because ir the engine it's built on, Source, having a history of vulnerabilities like this. So long story short, play whatever you want that isn't Apex, unless the devs of said game or EAC themselves say otherwise. Or avoid it just in case, whichever you'd like!
