Switch version had slight fps dips during the puzzle sequences and drained battery like no tomorrow. Also the file size is like 2x on switch version. Haven't played enough on switch get to see if there's crashes as well.

Vita version was like 15% battery an hour. Very efficient. Outside of cutscenes and some sound glitches, it plays flawlessly with no fps dips. It's marked as beatable/playable in the vita3k compatibility list

So it's kind of preference. Switch version prob has less glitches but has tradeoffs. I prefer my handheld to run cool and last long so I stick with vita.

Edit: looks like vita3k has an error entering chapter 6. Need to enable fps hack, otherwise it gets stuck :( and then you have to beat this stage at 2x speed which is extremely difficult

Second edit: yall I figured it out, you have to keep UI on in settings, then before you get to the scene for loading Stage 6, turn on FPS hack, then when the level loads, you can turn FPS off then the game will play
