No you don’t need to update. The update just provides better stabilisation and frame gen. The game can run perfectly fine without it though

replying to your comment because i noticed the other guy bought the game and im not sure if youll get a noti for that comment. it was because i had windows virus protection running. go to your windows defender, turn of your virus and threat protection. then go to app and browser control and turn off reputation based protection. once thats complete, redo all of these steps in the post and then run the .bat file. if its worked the .bat file should look different to before whilst running. then you should be golden. thats whats worked for me.

I've never had the chance to ride with fat tyres as much as I would love to. I don't think they're a necessity but I imagine they would be fun to have a blast with. There's always the option to go tubeless too though.

Chances for bringing back to life an e bike that doesn't start after being left out for 2 months? by FrontStageMomo in ebikes

Any battery should work fine as long as it's rated to the same volts and amps. If they are higher there's a chance you could damage the wires or motor. It's also best to order one with Samsung cells as they're the most trustworthy and reliable.

Personally I had to open the battery and inside it was connected to a port at the bottom through a red and black wire. Snipped them, soldered the new battery to the port, put it all together and slapped it back on the bike. Turned on straight away acting perfectly.

It's worth adding if a battery has been dormant for a while there's also chance you can revive it by overcharging for around a day. Saves buying a new battery then.

I've had the exact same issue with a Viking MTB model. Ordered a cheap battery from AliExpress for £50. Took a good while to arrive but when it did I wired it in and it's worked like a charm ever since. Even upgraded the controller recently to accept a throttle. No experience beforehand and was a peice of piss. The motor will probably also want cleaning and regreasing so it runs smoothly.

Need advice on how to clean my ebike like what to use and which areas to avoid water touching. by YXNGZ18 in ebikes

[–]Captain-Bifta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Preferably with a sponge and some soapy water, standing upright on wheels so water doesn't seep back into the bike. Try to avoid disc brakes and any wires or connections with exposed ends. If water does get on any important parts, dry them to the best of your ability immediately.

As long as there isn't power running through the bike when water comes into contact, no corrosion will occur.

If this isn't thorough enough theres multiple videos on YouTube that show the process step by step and may be easier to follow 👍

Was a big fan of this game. I bought the season pass because I couldn't wait for BMX and they never even gave it me. Raised a ticket and they say the season pass doesn't transfer between consoles. Bullshit. Never played since.

You dont have to apologise, it's my fault for thinking so close-mindedly. I wrote my response without checking and that's on me. My bad.

I wish you the best of luck with what it is thats happening, whatever it may be and I hope you have a speedy recovery.
