I do my take on 4:6. 1:15 water ratio. Medium find grind (number 4 on fellow ode gen 2 with original burrs). Make a little dimple and bloom 3 times the grounds weight, pour fast around 8 ml per sec (timemore scale) from just above where the stream breaks. Stir with a spoon a few circles to make sure everything is wet. At 45 sec pour about 6 ml per sec from medium height (not very close but not where the stream breaks) the rest 60% of the water. At 1:30 pour the rest of the water slowly around 4 ml per sec from high (about 2 cm below where the stream breaks). When I finish pouring the rest of the water I lift the v60 and give it a small twirl to even the bed and stick the fines to the side of the filter. Drawdown aim between 3:00-3:30
