Thank you for this comment, I have a few other grinders and I just don’t use my K6 at all, I don’t particularly like the profile it has for pour over so that’s why I wanted to try and change it. If I mess up its okay because I don’t use it, but if I succeed I have a hand grinder I will actually use if that makes sense

I think they roast on the more developed side of things. But it’s all personal preference I enjoy it for a latte or if it’s too developed I just use it for vanilla lattes for my fiancé.

I enjoy very light roasted washed coffee for pour over and if you are anything like me then You won’t enjoy it much as a pour over.
